| Rangiroa, largest of the atolls, offers the
adventurous traveler the rare opportunity to live amid the wild
beauty of the Tuamotus. You'll find an array of daily aquatic excursions

its excellent diving sites. A variety of large species swim these
waters, including black-tip sharks, gray sharks, white-tip reef

| Manihi is a small atoll located
north of Rangiroa, 330 miles from Tahiti, with a population of just
300 inhabitants. Peaceful, quiet Manihi boasts several black pearl
farms and a crystal clear lagoon more than three miles wide and
19 miles long. |

| Tikehau, an oval-shaped atoll
approximately 8 miles from Rangiroa, has a large pass and a series
of islets. The charming village of Tuherahera is situated on the
