The clear waters give visitors the chance to view dugongs, manta rays, marine turtles and humpback whales, and the famous dolphins of Monkey Mia visit the beach each day to interact with visitors. The Ningaloo is a coral reef and limestone cape of astonishing bio diversity
on the west coast of Australia. In near pristine condition, Ningaloo supports a staggering abundance of fish, corals, molluscs and many other marine invertebrates. Whale sharks, the world's largest fish, gather in the reef waters each year and depend on the reef for part of their life cycle. It’s one of the few places in the world where you can swim with the world’s biggest fish – the whale shark. Purnululu (Bungle Bungle) National Park

The Bungle Bungle Range, in Purnululu National Park, is one of the most fascinating geological landmarks in Western Australia. The orange and black stripes across the beehive-like mounds, encased in a skin of silica and algae, are clearly visible as you approach from the south. As you sweep further over the range a hidden world of gorges and pools is revealed, with fan palms clinging precariously to walls and crevices in the rocks. The park is open only between April and December 31 (weather permitting).

The Wave Rock in Hyden, Australia is one of the continent's most famous landforms, a giant surf wave of multicoloured granite about to crash onto the bush below.
